HOW TO USE
How to Use GunkangFirst
If this is your first visit, start here.
Start with the pain self-check
Pick the area that has been bothering you lately (knee, shoulder, lower back, neck, or wrist) and tick the symptoms that apply. You will get a quick sense of whether it is fine to keep an eye on things or time to see a doctor, along with nutrients that may be worth considering.
Build a schedule from what you already take
Select your usual supplements and we will lay them out across the day, from first thing in the morning to bedtime. You will also see which ones pair well and which ones should be taken apart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the pain self-check replace a doctor's diagnosis?
No. The result is a general guide to help you check in on yourself, not a medical diagnosis. If symptoms persist or worry you, please see an orthopedic specialist or another doctor for a proper examination.
Where does the supplement information come from?
We research and summarize trusted sources in Korea and abroad, including Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, the Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Mayo Clinic, and Cochrane. See the About page for details.
Is any of my personal information stored?
No. There is no sign-up or log-in, and nothing you check or select is sent to a server. Only your text-size setting is saved, in your own browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What if several areas hurt at once?
Check one area at a time, then tap 'Check another area' to continue. If several joints are swollen or painful at the same time, it is safest to see a doctor regardless of the self-check result.
I already take medication. Can I take supplements too?
The supplement schedule only covers general interactions between supplements. If you take medication such as blood pressure drugs or anticoagulants, always ask your doctor or pharmacist about interactions first.
